If any part of your Washer Fan™ Breeze™ kit was damaged in shipping, please Submit a Support Ticket. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Your Washer Fan™ Breeze™ has a Worry-Free 1 Year Warranty against any manufacturing defects.
PLEASE NOTE: A few things that can void your warranty are: Not keeping your Washer Fan and reusable air filter clean, water damage, and damage from dropping. We recommend inspecting and cleaning your Washer Fan and Air Filter every 6 months or sooner, if necessary. Click here for directions on how to clean your Washer Fan and Air Filter.
If you are an international customer your Worry-Free 1 Year Warranty exchange options are different. Please Submit a Support Ticket and we will respond promptly with warranty exchange information.
Standard Exchange (SE): Please Submit a Support Ticket. We will communicate with you via your Support Ticket. Package the defective part(s) in its original box or in any other secure packaging to ensure it is not damaged in transit and send the defective part(s) to us using the pre-paid return label attached to your Support Ticket. As an added precaution, please write the RMA number in large block text on the side opposite the label. On receipt of your RMA package we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the part(s) and ship them back to you at our expense using standard shipping.
