Washer Fan™ is committed to providing privacy for our web site visitors and customers that use our online applications. We promote the tenets of permission-based marketing and privacy among our partners and employees. We are continuously evaluating our internal procedures and technology to ensure privacy at all levels in our organization.

Occasionally, we will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. If you opt-in to receiving email communications from us, then we occasionally may send information to you on our products or services.  We do not share your voluntary opt-in information with any other entity except our mail management system (previously Get Response, currently we are not sending out opt-in emails.)

When you place an order with Washer Fan on our website, we collect only the necessary information to process your order (name, address, email, phone number, etc.).  We do not share your personal information with any other company and have never sold any of our customers’ information.  We currently use Woo Commerce and PayPal to process your orders and ShipStation to ship your order to you.  Our credit card processor (currently PayPal) does not send us your credit card number for your protection.  We store your order information on our shipping management system (currently ShipStation) indefinitely so we have access to your previous orders if you contact us for warranty repair or any other reason.

Google (or your search engine / browser of choice) may store some of your personal information, but we do not share with them any of your personal information.  To find out the privacy policy of Google or your search engine / browser of choice, please visit their website directly.  Rest assured, Washer Fan has never shared any of our customers’ personal information with anyone who was not an integral part of us functioning as a reliable business.  We have never, nor would we ever, sell our customer’s personal information they trusted to us to save.

Client-side cookies are used to verify the login status of customers using products or services linked directly with our website. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site; however, the user may not be able to access all areas of our site.

The Washer Fan™ web site uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We store the information in a database in a secure environment at our secure data center.

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information.

Washer Fan™ does not receive or store your full credit card or PayPal information. For you safety and privacy, our payment gateway only relays pertinent information related to your order.

Washer Fan™ is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other web sites to which we link.

Washer Fan™ will send out air filter cleaning reminders on a regular basis, every 6 months by default.  Every email gives our members the opportunity to opt-out of future reminders. We do not share your information with any third party vendors; we only use your information for Washer Fan™ business purposes.

If you opt-out from any of our emails, you will be removed from every email list and will not receive any other Washer Fan™ emails except for order confirmations or shipping notifications.  However, if you place a new order, you will be placed in our email system again, but you can always opt-out of any non-order related emails when received.

If we change our privacy policy, we will prominently post these changes here to ensure that our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.  We will use any information gathered in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
