Washer Fan™ Breeze™ on a LG Front Load Washer

All LG washers can use Washer Fan Breeze G5M.

All full-size LG front-load washers purchased in the U.S. and Canada have a compatible vent on the back of the washer, like the vent pictured below.

Washer Fan Breeze G5M can be magnetically installed over the compatible vent on the back of your LG front-load washer.

If you don’t have access to the back of your washer for installation and to clean the Breeze G5M and its air filter every six months or sooner, you can secure Washer Fan Breeze G5M in the washer’s door opening using its built-in magnets.

NOTE: The vent for full-size LG front-load washers is found on the back, in the middle, hiding directly under the cold water line. If your L-1 vent is hidden under the cold water supply hose and your hose has a 90-degree elbow connected to the washer, you may need to turn it to the right (counterclockwise) to about the 4 o’clock position in order to install Washer Fan Breeze G5M magnetically over the compatible vent. Make sure to retighten the connection after moving the hose, so that it does not leak or drip water. If you are unable to reposition your cold water supply hose, you may install Washer Fan Breeze G5M in the washer’s door opening using its built-in magnets.

NOTE: The G5M does not have a bottom blue cover that needs to be removed prior to installation as shown in our videos.
